It's the 'id' of the move, not the 'id2' of the move that you want to use. In their SKILLS value, replace the id of one of their moves by the id of the move you want to add. Note the 'id' of the move you want to add, then scroll up to the character you want to add the move to. If you scroll towards the bottom of the document you'll find a list of all skills with their 'id' values. The first 4 SKILLS value are the 4 supers of the character, followed by their two ultimates, then their evasive, the charged ki blast type and finally their awoken. This is what you'll have to edit to change their skills. For a cast character the SKILLS value is the list of the 'id' ('id', not 'id2') of the skills the character has. The document contains a list of all the cast character presets and a list of all moves in the game. This will create a custom_skill xml file, which you can then edit with something like Notepad. In the system folder there's a custom_skill file. With that done, make your way to the game folder/data/system. If you want to edit the moves of non-customizable cast characters, you'd need to download ( ). If you want to edit the moves of custom cast characters, you can do so using the save editor. I'm gonna detail my alternate method here.
BCS XML TOOLS DBXV2 UPDATE
However the update method never worked for me so I had to use an alternate method. So there's a way to update DBXV2-TOOL with mods which is detailed in the comments section on the TOOL download page.
